Product Qualification

Converting most products into pastilles — premium, free-flowing pastilles — is very precise and can be complicated. With our expertise, we can often engineer a solution for processing even the trickiest of products. The products must generally have the following characteristics to be suitable candidates for pastille conversion at Volunteer Pastilles, LLC:

  1. Solid at room temperature.
  2. Ability to melt between 110-300 F.
  3. Ability to drip easily.
  4. Crystallize upon cooling within 60 seconds.

Initial evaluation of prospective materials for conversion to pastilles is provided at no charge.
